المنظمة الأخلاقية الشاملة تعتبر الأخلاق والقيم الأخلاقية جزءًا أساسيًا من هويتها وتوجهها. تسعى المنظمة لتحقيق التوازن بين الأرباح والمبادئ الأخلاقية، وتعتبر الأخلاق والنزاهة والصدق والعدالة أولويات في جميع جوانب عملها

سياسات الاحترام والتسامح: تشجع على معاملة الآخرين بالاحترام والتقدير، بغض النظر عن اختلافاتهم في العرق والدين سياسات النزاهة والمسؤولية: تشجع على الممارسات الأخلاقية في المجالات المهنية والأعمال التجارية، مثل النزاهة والشفافية ومكافحة الفساد وتجنب المصالح المتعارضة. تهدف هذه السياسات إلى بناء ثقة المجتمع في المؤسسات والشركات.

سياسات حقوق الإنسان: تعزز حقوق الإنسان الأساسية وتحميها، مثل حقوق الحرية الشخصية وحرية التعبير وحقوق المرأة وحقوق الأقليات. تهدف هذه السياسات إلى ضمان كرامة الإنسان وحمايته من التمييز والاضطهاد وغيرها.

تهدف هذه السياسات إلى خلق بيئة تعايش سلمي ومتناغم بين الأفراد.

للأعضاء المرتبطين بالجامعة، سواء كان ذلك فيما يتعلق بالطلاب أو أعضاء هيئة التدريس أو الموظفين الإداريين. يعمل المركز على توفير آلية للتعامل مع هذه الشكاوى ومعالجتها بطريقة عادلة وشفافة.

وظيفة مركز الشكوى الأخلاقي تشمل ما يلي:

•          استقبال الشكاوى: يقوم المركز بتلقي الشكاوى المتعلقة بالسلوك الأخلاقي من جميع الأطراف المعنية. يجب أن تكون هناك آلية سهلة وواضحة لتقديم الشكاوى، سواء عبر نماذج إلكترونية أو طلبات خطية.

•          التحقيق والتقصي: يقوم المركز بإجراء تحقيقات مستقلة وموضوعية للشكاوى المقدمة. يتضمن ذلك جمع الأدلة واستجواب الأطراف المعنية والشهود المحتملين.

•          اتخاذ إجراءات مناسبة: بناءً على نتائج التحقيق، يتخذ المركز إجراءات مناسبة للتعامل مع الشكوى. يمكن أن تشمل هذه الإجراءات توصية بتطبيق عقوبات تأديبية، أو توجيه توصيات لتحسين سياسات وإجراءات الجامعة، أو توفير التوعية والتدريب للأفراد المعنيين.

•          السرية والحماية: يجب أن يكون لدى مركز الشكوى الأخلاقي سياسات صارمة تضمن سرية المعلومات وحماية المبلغين والشهود من أي تعرض للضرر أو الانتقام.

Description

1. Pedestrian routes have been built by Al-Esraa University and are isolated from vehicular roadways. These pedestrian routes feature effective street lamps that the part-time students can utilize at night.

2. For the safety of those with physical limitations, ramps and a guide block are provided in the pedestrian area.

3- While waiting at the bus stop for the university bus, seating groups supply a portion of the pedestrian paths.

4- The pedestrian pathways have been made to be safe from the weather (hot and rainy) in order to encourage students to select walking as their preferred method of accessing campus resources.

For convenience, road safety, and accident prevention, Al-Esraa University offers regular, free shuttle services to staff and students within the campus. The University also uses the shuttle service for academic and recreational outings. To lessen the number of private vehicles on campus, the shuttle service is provided every day.

The following transport regulations were created to offer the greatest convenience to university workers and students. Additionally, these regulations take into account everyone's health and safety as they travel to and from the university campus. This policy applies to a variety of trips for staff members, students, and visitors. In order to attain net zero carbon emissions by 2030, the policy has given significant consideration to the mitigation of climate change.

All university vehicles should only be utilized for events and official university business. These vehicles may not be parked outside the campus for more than a few hours without prior reservations.
