Al-Esraa University is undertaking practical training for its scientific department students as part of its professional faculty, and these experiments will produce chemical and biological waste, some of which are regarded as toxic waste.

• Through an agreement with a contractor, Al- Esraa University manages the solid, liquid, and gaseous hazardous waste. The contractor sends a crew to carry the specified garbage to the province's sanitary landfill site after it has been preserved in appropriate containers.
• The University has established a specific team called the CBRN Team (Chemical, Biological, Radiational and Nuclear) to maintain the laboratories issues, and at the same time the University is continuously offering training sessions in safety in this field.
