With reference to the letter of the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers No. Z/32166/8/10, on 11/10/2012, the Council of Ministers decided, in its regular session, held on 10/9/2012, to approve granting a founding license to Al-Esraa College, National University in Baghdad Governorate, and based on the The powers granted to us under the provisions of Law No. (13) of 1996, as amended, determine the following:

  1. Approval to open the college for the academic year (2012 - 2013) and the departments include (Business Administration, Computer Technology Engineering, Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Technology Engineering, Pathological Analysis Techniques, Law)
  2. The capacity of the Business Administration Department is (225 - 250) students for the morning study and the same for the evening study, the capacity for the Pathological Analysis Techniques Department is (200) students for the morning study and the same for the evening study, the capacity for the Law Department is (225) students for the morning study and the same for the evening study, and the capacity for the Engineering Department is (225) students for the morning study and the same for the evening study. Refrigeration and air conditioning technology: (100) students for the morning study and the same for the evening study. The capacity of the Computer Technology Engineering Department is (200) students for the morning study and the same for the evening study.
