Professor Sarmad Hashim, Head of the Pharmacy Deans Committee in the State and Private colleges and universities in Iraq and Dr. Abbas Hussein, Head of the National Council of Pharmacy colleges Accredation concerning recognition of Pharmacy graduates in private colleges and universities. 

 They both confirmed that these colleges are recognised by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research as being the sole side accountable of awarding recognisable certificates to pharmacy colleges graduates.
