يعد الإعلام هو وسيلة الضبط والتحكم والتوجيه في المجتمعات المعاصرة، حيث أنه
بالأعلام يمكن الصعود بالناس إلى أعلى أو الهبوط بهم إلى القاع، إن الدراسات الإذاعية والتلفازية
ولاسيما ما يتصل منها بالعالم العربي لم تزل حقلا بكرا تحتاج للمزيد من الدراسات والبحوث؛
وليس من شك في أن الرواد في عالم الإعلام العربي قدموا لنا كثيرا من الخبرات النظرية ما
يشكل أساسا صالحا للانطلاق، إلا أن جهدهم هذا في المجال تحتاج لمزيد من الدراسات
التطبيقية، وإلى مزيد من الجهد البحثي والعملي، وفي ظل تزايد الاهتمام بدراسة القنوات
الفضائية، فإن مشكلة هذه الدراسة تتبلور في تأثيرات معالجة القنوات الفضائية العربية
الإخبارية لأزمة روسيا وأوكرانيا على اتجاهات الجمهور العراقي نحوها من خلال محورين
- الأول: دراسة المضمون الإخباري لنشرات الأخبار الذي تقدمها قناة العربية عن
أزمة روسيا وأوكرانيا
- الثانى: دراسة أراء واتجاهات الجمهور العراقي نحو أزمة روسيا وأوكرانيا من
خلال متابعتهم لقناة )العربية( الفضائية الإخبارية

The media is the means of control, control and guidance in contemporary
societies, as it is with the media that people can be raised to the top or brought down
to the bottom. Radio and television studies, especially those related to the Arab
world, are still a virgin field that needs more studies and research. There is no doubt
that the pioneers in the world of Arab media provided us with a lot of theoretical
experience, which constitutes a valid basis for launching, but their efforts in this field
require more applied studies, and more research and practical effort, and in light of
the increasing interest in the study of satellite channels, the problem of this study
crystallizes in the effects of the Arab satellite news channels' treatment of the Russia
and Ukraine crisis on the attitudes of the Iraqi public towards it through two axes.
• The first: Studying the news content of the news broadcasts
provided by Al-Arabiya channel on the crisis of Russia and
Ukraine
• Second: Studying the views and attitudes of the Iraqi public
towards the crisis of Russia and Ukraine through their follow-up
to the (Al-Arabiya) satellite news channel.
