هدفت الدراسة إلى نشر الوعي حول اهمية التحسين المستمر لاداء الملاكات العاملة
في قطاع البلديات الاول وخاصة اطباء الاسنان بما يساهم وتحقيق اداء ذا جودة عالية،
فضلاً عن توضيح امكانية تشخيص المشكلات المعوقة لتقديم خدمة ذات جودة عالية ,
حيث ان الزيادة السكانية فرضت وضع اليات جديدة يتم من خلالها تقديم خدمات طبية
في مجال الرعاية الصحية بشكل يصل او لا يصل لما يتوقعه الزبون)متلقي الرعاية
الصحية( , لذا فقد تناولت الدراسة تحسين الاداء ودراسة الاداء الكفء للافراد والمنظمات
وتوضيح كيفية تنمية وتحسين الاداء، ولكون القطاع الطبي يمثل اهم الركائز الاساسية
لبناء مجتمع صحي خال من الامراض، لذا فقد تم تحديد قطاع البلديات الاول واختيار
اطباء الاسنان مجتمعاً للدراسة، ولكي تكون النتائج موضوعية وتعكس واقع جودة الخدمة
الطبية وأكثر دقة استخدمت الباحثة أسلوب العينة العشوائية في اختيار عينة الدراسة
ألمكونة من 60 طبيب اسنان حيث تم توزيع 70 استبانة تم استرجاع 60 منها والبقية غير
صالحة بسبب عدم الاجابة على جميع الفقرات. وبناءً على قياس متغيرات الدراسة
وتشخيصها واختبار علاقات الارتباط والتأثير بينها، توصلت الدراسة الى مجموعة من
الاستنتاجات كان من بينها ان الانسجام والتعاون بين اطباء الاسنان له دور كبير في خلق
بيئة عمل جيدة تدفع نحو اداءٍ افضل وتشخيص المشكلات والمعوقات التي تقف حائلا
دون تحسين الاداء، كما ان العمل الجاد والدؤوب يساهم في رفع مستوى الاداء من خلال
سلسلة من الخطوات والاجراءاتل سيماوضع برامج للتدريب والتطوير اذ ان التدريب يؤثر
بشكل فاعل في تطوير المهارات التقنية والادارية للعاملين ويعمل على تقويم السلوكيات
غير المرغوبة بما يساهم في تقديم رعاية طبية ذات جودة عالية لمراجعي عيادات اطباء
الاسنان، وقد جرى وضع مجموعة من التوصيات بناءً على ما توصلت اليه هذه الدراسة من
استنتاجات، فضلا عن اقتراح بعض المقترحات التي تعزز جوانب هذه الموضوعات

The study aimed to spread awareness about the importance of continuous
improvement of performance for staff working in health sector , especially dentists,
which lead to achieving high quality performance. As well as clarifying how to
diagnose problems that impede the provision of high-quality service, As the increase
in population impose the development of new mechanisms through which medical
services in health care field are provided in a way that reaches or does not reach
what the customer (the recipient of health care) expects.
Therefore, the study dealt with improving performance, studying the efficient
performance of individuals and organizations, and clarifying how to develop and
improve performance, and because the medical sector represents the most important
basic pillars for building a healthy society free of diseases, so Al-Baladyat (1) Primary
Health Care Sector was selected and dentists were chosen as a community for the study
In order to reach to objective results and reflect the reality of the quality of
medical service and more accurately, the researcher used the random sample method
in selection of study sample witch consist of 60 dentists, where 70 questionnaires
were distributed, 60 of which were retrieved, and the rest were invalid due to not
answering all the paragraphs. And based on measuring and diagnosing the study
variables and testing the correlations and influence between them
The study reached a set of conclusions, including that the harmony and
cooperation between dentists has a major role in creating a good work environment
that pushes towards better performance and diagnosing problems and obstacles
that stand in the way of improving performance, and that hard and persistent
work contributes to raising the level of performance through a series of steps and
procedures, especially the development of programs for training and development,
as training effectively affects the development of technical and administrative skills
of workers and works to correct undesirable behaviors
Witch lead to to the provision of high-quality medical care to the patient a set
of recommendations have been developed based on the conclusions reached by this
study, as well as suggesting some proposals that enhance aspects of these topics
