استخدام الوسائل التقنية، وزيادة أعداد المستخدمين لمواقع التواصل، وأصبح المتسولون
يبتكرون طرائق جديدة، بحسابات وهمية وأرقام هواتف غير حقيقية، للوصول إلى أكبر
عدد من الأشخاص فالتسؤل كان من قبل، بالدعاء، لاستجداء المحسنين، وحثهم على
إخراج الأموال، حيث يتزاحمون عند إشارات المرور، وداخل محطات الوقود، وفي الأماكن
العامة، وعلي طرقات المساجد..
ويتخفون خلف شخصيات وأشكال مختلفة، بملابس رثة وإحداث عاهات مفتعلة
لكسب التعاطف طلبا للاستجداء،شبكات الانترنت وتعدد الا انه ونظرا لاستحداث وسائل
التكنولجيا واستخدام صورالتواصل الاجتماعى بات وسيلة مربحة وسريعة للتسول
الالكتروني،لذا وجب التفكير في هما:لايجاد اليات جديدة لمكافحة جريمة التسول
الالكترونى ولا ياتي ذلك الا من خلال العمل في مساران،مكافحة جريمة التسول الالكتروني
علي المستوى الدولي واليات معالجة جريمة التسول الالكتروني علي المستوي الوطنى
وهذا ما سوف نحاول ان نبرزه في هذه البحث
