برعاية السيد رئيس الجامعة الأستاذ الدكتور عبدالرزاق جبر الماجدي المحترم، وبالتنسيق مع قسم الإعلام والاتصال الحكومي وقسم النشاطات الطلابية، شاركت واستضافت جامعة الإسراء بمنتخبها في بطولة كرة السلة (3*3)للجامعات العراقية التي أُقيمت في رحاب جامعة أشور، بمشاركة (63) جامعة وكلية حكومية وأهلية من مختلف محافظات العراق، تنفيذًا لتوجيهات وزارة التعليم العالي والبحث العلمي وقد شهدت البطولة منافسة رياضية كبيرة ومستويات فنية عالية، إلى جانب روح تنافسية مميزة بين الفرق المشاركة

ومثّل فريق الجامعة هذه المشاركة بكل حماس وروح رياضية، مقدّمًا صورة مشرّفة عن نشاطات الجامعة الرياضية ودعمها المستمر للمواهب الطلابية.

وتجسد هذه المشاركة اهتمام الجامعة بتعزيز حضورها الرياضي ودعم طلبتها في مختلف المحافل، بما يعكس روح التعاون والتميز بين الجامعات العراقية

​Under the patronage of the President of the University, Professor Dr. Abdul Razzaq Jabr Al-Majidi, and in coordination with the Department of Government Media and Communications and the Department of Student Activities, Al-Esraa University participated in the 3x3 Basketball Championship for Iraqi universities. Held at Ashur University, the tournament featured 63 public and private universities and colleges from across Iraq, in accordance with the directives of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research.

​The championship showcased intense competition and high technical skill, marked by an outstanding sporting spirit among the teams. Representing Al-Israa with enthusiasm and sportsmanship, the university team reflected an honorable image of the institution's athletic programs and its unwavering support for student talent.

​This participation underscores the university’s commitment to strengthening its presence in sports and supporting its students in various arenas, embodying the spirit of cooperation and excellence among Iraqi universities.
