Al-Esraa University College, represented by its Dean, Prof. Abdul-Razzaq Jabr Al-Majidi, and the advanced faculty of the College, used to inspect the first university graduates of the pioneering academics who sacrificed their lives and enlightened the path of science in our beloved country. Professor Medhat Fadhil Fathallah is one of the pioneers of civil engineering science in Iraq since the sixties of the last century. He is now over ninety years old, and thousands of professors and engineers have graduated from him, and he has his own style of presenting scientific materials during lectures.
