ان التطور التكنولوجي الهائل الذي شهدته وسائل الاتصال في العقدين الأخيرين
ساهم بشكل كبير في خلق بيئة جديدة للمجتمعات وجعلت من العالم قرية صغيرة كما
بات يعرف، بل أن البعض يرى ان العالم أصبح أصغر من ذلك. إلا أن هذا التطور لم يمر
مرور الكرام، ولم تكن كل مناحيه إيجابية، اذ وجد من خلال " الملاحظة بالمشاركة " ان
تلك الوسائل ساهمت بشكل فاعل في انعزال الفرد وإبعاده عن محيطه الاجتماعي وعن
التواصل بالطرق التقليدية، ومن جانب اخر وجد ان الجانب الايجابي كان هو الغالب مع
الاعتراف بوجود سلبيات لكنها لا ترقى لمستوى الذكر، من ذلك المنطلق، فكان من الضرورة
اجرء بحث يهتم في بيان التأثيرات السلبية والايجابية على الجوانب الاجتماعية والنفسية
والصحية على المستخدم للوسائل التكنلوجية.
وبناءً على اهداف البحث فقد اتخذت الباحثة احد اهم مواقع التشبيك الاجتماعي وهو
الفيس بوك إنموذجاً للبحث وقد تمثل مجتمع البحث بطلاب كلية الاسراء الجامعة،
واستخدمت اداتي الاستبانة والمقياس الثلاثي اشتملت على محورين اولهما المتغيرات
الاولية وهي متغيرات مستقلة تم وضعها في مستوى قياس الشخصية والعلمية وشملت
على البيانات الاولية وهي الجنس العمر والمستوى التعليمي وثانيهما المتغيرات الاساسية
وهي التي من خلالها التعرف على تعامل الفرد مع وسائل الاتصال الحديثة وتم وضعها في
قياس فتري أو فئوي وشملت البيانات الاساسية، وقد خلص البحث الى مجموعة من النتائج
تتعلق بالمحاور الاتية: إستمرارية استخدام الفيس بوك، ودوافع استخدام الفيس بوك
بالنسبة للمستخدم، وتأثيرات الفيس بوك واهميته في الحياة الاجتماعية من وجه نظر
المستخدم، والتأثيرات المتعلقة بالصحة النفسية والجسدية، والشخصية العامة، والتأثير
على الجانبين العاطفي والعقلي للمستخدم.

 Abstract
The tremendous technological development witnessed by the means of
communication in the past two decades contributed greatly to creating a new
environment for societies and made the world a small village as it became known,
and some even see that the world has become smaller than that. However, this
development did not go unnoticed, and not all of its aspects were positive, as it was
found through observation with participation that these means contributed effectively
to the isolation of the individual and his distance from his social environment and
communication with traditional methods. On the other hand, he found that the
positive side was predominant with Acknowledgment of the existence of negatives,
but they do not rise to the level of the male, from that standpoint, so it was necessary
to conduct a study that is interested in explaining the negative and positive effects on
the social, psychological and health aspects on the user of the technological means.
Based on the aims of the study, the researcher has taken one of the most
important social networking sites, which is Facebook, a model for research, and
the research community was represented by students of the College of Iraq, the
departments of Media and Law. It included the primary data, which is the gender,
age and educational level, and the second is the basic variables, which are through
which the individual is treated with modern means of communication and has been
put in a metric or class measurement. The basic data has been found. Z set of results
related axes following: the continuity of the use of Facebook, and motivated to use
Facebook for the user, Facebook influences and its importance in social life from the
face of the user's perspective, the effects of mental and physical health, public and
personal, and the impact on the emotional and mental user sides.
