الهجرة الشرعية: قد تطرح مشكلات خاصة على الرغم من ان المهاجرين يتمتعون
معها بحقوقهم كافة استنادا للقوانين المحلية والدولية كافة فكيف ستكون الهجرة غير
الشرعية؟ نعم؟ ستكون اكثر قلقا، لذا اضحت احدى القضايا المعقدة التي يجب التوقف
عندها. وتعنى هذه الدراسة بمعالجة قضية الهجرة غير الشرعية للمرأة المغاربية
وانعكاساتها الاجتماعية والاقتصادية مع تعريف للهجرة والهجرة غير الشرعية ومفهوم
الهجرة فضلا عن مقترحات وتوصيات واستخدام الباحث لذلك المنهج التحليلي الوصفي.

Abstract
Legal immigration: Special problems may be discussed, despite the fact that
migrants have all their rights according to local and international laws. So, how
