تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة مستوى الدعم والتحفيز الذي يقدمه المجتمع
لرائدات الأعمال، فضلاً عن معرفة مستوى الدعم والتحفيز الذي تقدمه المحطة )حاضنة
للمشاريع الريادية، وميدان للدراسة الحالية( لرائدات الأعمال. إعتمدت الدراسة على
المنهج الوصفي التحليلي في إنجازها، وجرى جمع البيانات عن طريق إستمارة مقابلة
أعدت لهذا الغرض، إذ تكونت عينة الدراسة من ) 70 ( رائدة أعمال من المشتركات
ببرنامجي )رائدات، وينهض( في المحطة وبفرعيها في بغداد والموصل، فضلاً عن
مساحة العمل المشترك، وقامت الباحثة بتحليل مخرجات إستمارة المقابلة إحصائياً
ومعالجتها عن طريق برنامج ) .)SPSS Version 26
توصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من الإستنتاجات من أبرزها: تقدم المحطة
الإستشارات المالية للمشروع. على سبيل المثال، كيفية حساب التكاليف والأرباح وتسعير
المنتج بالإضافة إلى كيفية طلب إستثمار ومتى يتم الوصول إلى نقطة التعادل وإجراء
الحسابات والدعم المالي عبر الوصول إلى فرص التمويل المناسبة من مستثمرين ومنظمات
وغيرهم، كما تقدم الإستشارات القانونية للمشروع بشكل جيد، مثل كيفية عمل الأوراق
القانونية التي تخص المشروع، من عقود ومحادثات رسمية والإجراءات المتعلقة بطلب
القروض مثل الكفالة والمدة القانونية وأي إجراء آخر يجعل المشروع محمي قانونياً، أما
الدعم الإعلامي والتسويق للمشروع فلم يقدم بالمستوى المطلوب. إستناداً إلى ماسبق
توصي الدراسة: البرامج التنموية لحاضنات الأعمال أحد المرتكزات الأساسية لتأسيس
ونمو ونجاح المشاريع الريادية، إذ تؤدي دوراً أساسياً في تنمية وتدريب رائدات الأعمال،
لذا ننصح منظمات الأعمال كافة بتضمين إستراتيجياتها كل مايدعم الريادة والإبداع
وإعتماده في جميع أنشطتها.

This study aims to find out the level of support and motivation provided
by society to women entrepreneurs, as well as to know the level of support and
motivation provided by the station (an incubator for entrepreneurial projects, and
a field for the current study) to women entrepreneurs. The study relied on the
analytical descriptive approach in its completion, and data was collected through
an interview form prepared for this purpose, as the study sample consisted of (70)
women entrepreneurs who participated in the programs (Raaidat and Yanhd) in the
station in its two branches in Baghdad and Mosul, in addition to the co- working
space, The participant, and the researcher analyzed the outputs of the interview
form statistically and processed it through the program (SPSS Version 26).
The study reached a number of conclusions, the most important of which are:
The station provides financial advice for the project. For example, how to calculate
costs, profits, and product pricing, in addition to how to request an investment, when
to reach the break-even point, conduct calculations, and financial support by accessing
appropriate financing opportunities from investors, organizations, and others. Legal
advice for the project is well provided, such as how to work the legal papers that
Related to the project, including contracts, official talks, and procedures related to
requesting loans, such as guarantees, the legal period, and any other procedure that
makes the project legally protected. As for the media and marketing support for the
project, it was not provided at the required level. Based on the foregoing, the study
recommends: The development programs of business incubators are one of the
main pillars for the establishment, growth, and success of entrepreneurial projects,
as they play a key role in the development and training of women entrepreneurs,
so we advise all business organizations to include in their strategies everything that
supports leadership and creativity and adopt it in all their activities.
