تعاني المجتمعات سواء في الدول المتقدمة او النامية من البطالة عندما يوجد فيه
أفراد يستطيعون العمل، ويبحثون عن فرص عمل ولا يجدونها، فالبطالة إحدى أهم
المشاكل التي أفرزتها الثورة الصناعية، ففي المجتمعات القديمة نجد أن أبناء الأسر
يعملون في المجال الذي تحترف فيها الأسرة لذلك لم تكن تحتاج بطبيعة الحال إلى درجات
عالية من التأهيل، اما في ظل الثورة الصناعية وما صاحبها من التقدم التكنلوجي والتطور
وتتطلب معايير عالية للتوظيف نجد أن الحصول على عمل اصبح أمرا بالغ الصعوبة،
فأصبحت الأيدي العاملة المتوفرة تعاني من البطالة والتي أصبحت مشكلة خطيرة تهدّد
المجتمعات في الوقت الرّاهن ويظهر اثارها على المدى القريب والبعيد على الفرد وعلى
المجتمع.

Abstract
Societies, whether in developed or developing countries, suffer from
unemployment when there are individuals who can work, and they search for job
opportunities but do not find them. Unemployment is one of the most important
problems that the industrial revolution has created. Of course, it needs high degrees
of qualification, but in light of the industrial revolution and the accompanying
technological progress and development that requires high standards for
employment, we find that getting a job has become very difficult, so the available
labor is suffering from unemployment, which has become a serious problem that
threatens societies at the present time. It shows its effects in the short and long
term on the individual and on society.
