A private university recognized by the Iraqi Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, according to its letter numbered (C/1018) dated 2/21/2013 under the name (Al-Esraa University College), and then after that, and by the letter of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research No. 5140 on 4/16. /2023 It was transformed into a university that includes 12 colleges with 35 scientific departments
