The effect of resistance training with and against the locomotor track on some biomechanical variables of the 100-meter freestyle for young men

The training programs for swimmers 100m freestyle must be directed to  enhance the physical abilities of this competition, especially muscle strength of various kinds according to the nature of external resistance faced by the swimmer in the water and for a relatively long time, so the researchers resorted  to preparing exercises with resistances and  against the direction of movement of the swimmer in order to mobilize and activate additional motor  units to create a state of adaptation and readiness these units to produce  Fast kinetic action to overcome external resistances represented by the aquatic environment, improve biomechanical  variables and achievement. The research was applied to a sample of the youth swimming team amounting to (6) swimmers, and the researchers conducted a swimming test for a distance of 100 meters (pre-test) and the biomechanical variables were measured during the performance stages  with the smart data sensor (Triton Wear), and the  exercises were applied to shine resistance with and against the direction of movement of the swimmer and for distances And limited times,  taking into account the components of the training load to make a development in the internal strength of the research sample and improve the mechanical conditions, and for a period  of (6) weeks by (3) training units per week and  after completion  the post-test was conducted, and the  researchers concluded, the emergence of an improvement in all biomechanical variables (swimmer's speed, length and frequency of blows, force exerted at start and rotation time) and achievement.

Swimming is one of the sports with great muscular effort and complex motor performance that requires coordination and harmony between the movements of the parts of the body contributing to performance that defies the limits of humans. The development of physical abilities and the improvement of technical performance can only be separated from the support of scientific theories and technology, in order to improve training methods and feedback system based on the fusion of information and data using modern sensors and information collection system. On the performance and mechanical conditions of the swimmer to help develop performance and achievement, the researchers used for this purpose a device (Triton Wear data sensor) to collect information and feedback on performance, to prepare special exercises and correct thereal-time performance of 50 m swimmers. The research was conducted on a sample of swimmers amounting to (6) young swimmers whose technical and mechanical data was extracted after wearing the sensor under the head cover of each swimmer, and the performance data was analyzed on this system, and the experiment lasted for six weeks, during which special exercises and feedback were given. Instantaneous based on the sensor data of each member of the sample, and after conducting post-tests, it was shown that the exercises and feedback based on the sensor technology, had a direct impact on  the improvement of the average performance  of the sample in the  50-meter freestyle   race and the improvement of all biomechanical values (such as average speed, frequency and length, acceleration and instantaneous strength) This improvement indicated that data collection and nutrition  Using the sensor's multi-information  fusion  can be  applied more precisely and differently in the  training of different swimming races, and can find many motor problems in sports swimmers to describe training solutions for them, both for specific parts of the body and the body as a whole. Techniques for accurately identifying this valuable information can therefore be used for quantitative biomechanical analysis. And to reach the training process.

التدريب بتقنية مستشعر البيانات (Triton Wear) لتحسين المتغيرات البايوميكانيكية لبعض مراحل الأداء وإنجاز سباحة 50 م حرة شباب

تعد رياضة السباحة من الرياضات ذات الجهد العضلي الكبير والأداء الحركي المعقد الذي يتطلب تناسقاً وتوافقاً بين حركات أجزاء الجسم المساهمة بالأداء الذي يتحدى فيها حدود البشر. ولا يمكن الفصل بين تنمية القدرات البدنية وتحسن الأداء الفني إلا بدعم من النظريات العلمية والتكنولوجيا، لأجل تحسين أساليب التدريب ونظام التغذية الراجعة على أساس اندماج المعلومات والبيانات باستخدام أجهزة الاستشعار الحديثة ونظام جمع المعلومات عن الأداء والشروط الميكانيكية للسباح للمساعدة في تطوير الأداء والإنجاز، وقد استخدم الباحثان لهذا الغرض جهاز (مستشعر البيانات Triton Wear) لجمع المعلومات والتغذية الراجعة عن الأداء، لإعداد التدريبات الخاصة وتصحيح الأداء الآني لسباحي 50 م سباحة. وقد اجري البحث على عينة من السباحين بلغت (6) سباحين شباب تم استخراج البيانات الفنية والميكانيكية الخاصة بهم بعد ارتداء المستشعر تحت غطاء راس كل سباح، وتحليل البيانات الخاصة بالأداء على هذا النظام، واستمرت التجربة لمدة ستة أسابيع تم خلالها إعطاء التدريبات الخاصة والتغذية الراجعة الفورية على أساس بيانات المستشعر لكل فرد من أفراد العينة، وبعد أجراء الاختبارات البعدية ظهر أن  التدريبات والتغذية الراجعة المعتمدة على وفق تقنية المستشعر، قد أثرت بشكل مباشرة على تحسين متوسط أداء العينة في سباق 50 متراً سباحة حرة وتحسين جميع القيم البايوميكانيكية (كمعدل السرعة وتردد الضربات وطولها  والتعجيل والقوة اللحظية) كان هذا التحسن يشير الى أن جمع البيانات والتغذية الراجعة باستخدام اندماج المعلومات المتعدد لجهاز الاستشعار يمكن تطبيقه بشكل أكثر دقة وبشكل متمايز في تدريب سباقات السباحة المختلفة، ويمكنه العثور على مشاكل حركية عديده عند السباحين الرياضيين لوصف الحلول التدريبية لهم، سواء بالنسبة لأجزاء معينة من الجسم أو الجسم ككل. وبالتالي يمكن استخدام تقنيات تحديد هذه المعلومات القيمة بدقة للتحليل البايوميكانيكي الكمي ولبلوغ عملية التدريبة.

Special speed endurance training for a target time and its effect on some physical abilities and biomechanical variables for the stages of performance and achievement of the 200-meter run for youth

Special speed-endurance exercises have a key role in integrating the sporting achievement of any event, especially the activities that are related to the second system, such as running the 200 m in athletics, and the relationship between the speed-endurance exercises is built according to the time required to complete this competition, so a specific time has been targeted for young players who ran 200 m And put special speed training exercises in light of this time, the research was applied to (6) of the young 200 m runners in Baghdad, and some biomechanical variables related to the stages of running this competition were measured and tribal tests were conducted for them, then the exercises were carried out on the sample for a period of 8 weeks, with 3 training units per week Then the post tests were conducted, and it was found that the use of endurance training according to the target time has improved the frequency rate and the length of steps for the performance stages, as well as the time to travel some distances for the performance stages and the indicators of instantaneous impulse in terms of momentum change.
